Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

Customers in Germany have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Return Period

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions for Returns:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Must be in original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• Refund is sent to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used items

• Items not in original condition

• Returns after 30 days
